Payments

Revisions

Unless otherwise specified in your service agreement, reasonable revisions are included. Additional revisions beyond the agreed amount may incur additional fees.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final approved deliverables unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio, website, and social media unless a written confidentiality agreement has been signed.

Third-Party Platforms

We are not responsible for:

• Changes to social media platform algorithms.
• Platform outages or technical issues.
• Account suspensions, restrictions, or bans imposed by third-party platforms.

Results Disclaimer

While we strive to achieve the best possible results, we cannot guarantee:

• Specific follower growth
• Sales increases
• Engagement rates
• Advertising performance
• Search rankings
• Viral content

Marketing results vary depending on many factors outside our control.

Cancellation

Either party may terminate ongoing services by providing written notice as outlined in the service agreement.

Any completed work and outstanding invoices remain payable.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PTWMedia shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of our clients and will not disclose confidential business information except where required by law or with your consent.
